If you want to add more connections or extend time on your existing service, you can upgrade your current package.
Upgrade Your Current Service
To keep your current username and password:
- Navigate to your active service in your account dashboard
- Select the option to upgrade your package
- Choose the additional connections or time you need
- Complete the payment
Why Upgrade Instead of Ordering New?
- Upgrading keeps your existing username and password intact
- Ordering a new service will create a completely new username and separate login credentials
Important: If you want to maintain the same login details and simply add more connections or time to your existing service, always choose the upgrade option rather than purchasing a new service.
